Firefly, the qualitative practice of Kantar Millward Brown, is seeking an accomplished Director in the Client Marketing group as a strategic creative partner. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to help craft compelling proposals and content that drive growth. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional storyteller and collaborator and work across the Kantar portfolio to leverage relationships to drive sales and revenue.

KEY OUTCOMES
• Develop compelling proposals that win business
• Partner and support innovation with marketing materials and other necessary collateral that tells a compelling selling story to clients.
• Lead crafting of presentations for new and existing clients; collaborating with Project Management and Moderators to advance relationships and increasing revenue.
• Deepen relationships with Kantar Millward Brown Business Development and other cross-portfolio client leaders to capitalize on mutual client opportunities.
CAPABILITIES
• Proven track record of strategic marketing knowledge, project design/qualitative methodologies and the ability to understand key issues faced by clients across a range of client categories (CPG, financial services, technology, etc.) and surrounding a breadth of business objectives (consumer understanding, brand equity, creative strategy, media allocation, etc.)
• Ability to creatively strategize regarding qualitative methodologies/project design to meet a client’s business needs
• Consumer insights experience, particularly in the area of qualitative research
• Strong communicator with the ability to learn the Kantar Millward Brown suite of tools to capitalize on the Firefly practice partnerships and understand the integrated methods to determine between quantitative and qualitative research.
• Business maturity and client engagement skills, with the drive to gain client respect and provide strategic recommendations relative to Kantar Millward Brown – Firefly practice, methods and tools.
• High impact written skills and creative use of PowerPoint to help tell a story
• Ability to learn the suite of tools and understand the strengths of Firefly moderators and project managers
• Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment
• Reliability, responsibility, organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
