Director Demand Gen and Growth
Summary
We are seeking a passionate, innovative marketing leader to own the AdRoll digital marketing channels across lead gen, lifecycle marketing and growth. You will report into the VP of marketing, manage a multimillion dollar marketing budget, and a team of 5 talented marketers with potential to grow.
At AdRoll, Demand Gen & Growth Marketing focuses on driving incremental revenue and lifecycle efficiency across both our self service and managed customers. This role balances; owning operational KPIs like lead gen and site conversion, while also taking a growth mindset to overhaul a customer experience and fundamentally change the performance of a lifecycle stage.
You’ll be responsible for all digital marketing channels: Paid Search, SEO, display, social, email etc. You will also be responsible for experiments that optimize the entire customer journey, from A/B tests on landing pages, to creating new welcome drip emails, or leveraging entirely new marketing tools that integrate with our marketing stack.
You will work closely with the brand team to bring creative campaigns to life through both direct response and branded digital channels.
You will have a global remit. Acting as an internal digital agency, you will work closely with the regional marketing teams to agree digital strategies and budgets in their respective regions (North America, EMEA, ANZ, Japan).
You will manage a team of 5 (with potential to grow) and be responsible for living up to our first cultural value, “Hire Great People and Help Each Other Grow.”
We are looking for an exceptional digital marketer… you will lead digital marketing for a digital marketing company… the bar is high.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of 5 highly talented technical marketers with potential to grow
• Execute our digital lead gen strategies across all AdRoll regions and across a multitude of channels, paid search, linkedin, facebook etc
• Develop our ABM strategy
• Manage a roadmap of growth experiments across our managed and self serve business
• Be the marketing representative on the ‘Acquisition Engine’ a cross functional working group tasked with improving AdRoll acquisition across sales and marketing
• Make budgeting recommendations across marketing channels
Qualifications:
• 10+ years experience in a digital marketing role in a related field e.g. B2B tech
• Highly commercial; ability to build ROI models and how to optimize a marketing mix
• B2B experience a must… this person must understand concepts like lead routing intimately
• You will be technically savvy with hands on experience in digital marketing channels, SQL, and coding skills
