Our (Associate) Product Director is part of the most ambitious, Big Data crunching operations team on the planet and contribute to making SUPERCRUNCH the No. 1 Marketing Analytics player!
You'd be looked after by Greg, the Global Director Product Management, a passionate musician and a food lover with a strong entrepreneur mindset. You will be also working closely with Chris, heading up all commercial activities, who has successfully founded and managed several startups in the marketing and data-driven space.
SUPERCRUNCH is headed by Norbert, an obsessed number-cruncher himself, whose music taste reflects his personality: from Paolo Conte to Sex Pistols and everything in between!
So what type of person are we looking for? Now we should add an endless list of what you will be expected to do, followed by another endless list of what experience, qualifications and skills you should possess, in order to be successful.
But we know: as (Associate) Product Director – Shop Potential Optimization, you are a passionate team player with
•Solid experience in product management and/or product development
•Entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach
•Passion for analytics and data modelling with advanced visualization skills
•Strong business acumen backed up with solid industry or consulting experience
•Expert knowledge in customer data enrichment and retail analytics
•Ability to translate complex information into intuitive solutions
•Excellent communication, presentation and client facing skills
•Experience managing software and data products a strong plus
