Who we are looking for:
POSSIBLE is seeking an exceptional Art Director to help push the boundaries of digital advertising for our global brands. The POSSIBLE Art Director is a natural generator of ideas who unabashedly inspires teams to reach higher, stretch further, and go deeper. Besides being a master of digital design, the ideal candidate drives the thinking around unique campaigns and market activations that pay off brand strategies in increasingly innovative ways. In addition, she or he is highly collaborative and flexible, juggling multiple projects and priorities with ease as well as delegating tasks to designers and production designers. The Art Director works with the Creative Director to ensure maximum effectiveness of all ideas and executions.
What you’ll do:
• Serve as Creative Lead on one or more accounts and projects, directing designers and other team members.
• Ideate and create digital (and sometimes non-digital) visual solutions for brand campaigns, websites, microsites, blogs, e-commerce, mobile apps, print-based executions, etc.
• Push work beyond accepted boundaries. Create award-winning executions that capture the attention of the industry.
What you’ll need:
• 6-8 years of experience in a digital environment. Demonstrated track record in a client-service environment. Agency experience preferred.
• Ability to direct creative teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud as well as other design software.
• Expertise in typography in both print and screen media.
• Strong interest in art, social, and cultural trends, as well as staying abreast of developments in advertising and media.
