UEG is currently looking for a Senior Director or Director who will assist in growing high-profile CPG Dallas based brand clients. Looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills and a high level of client service; who can be responsible for managing overall account team performance as it relates quality control on multiple, and facilitate sizable pieces of business along with inter-agency management.
This position will be a hybrid ideation, development, and executional role, focused on the entire business process for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Day-to-day client facing associate overseeing entertainment, sports and lifestyle management logistics and programs
• Superior written and verbal communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively multitask, delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate others’ work
• Strong experience in strategic program planning and development with a strong ability to work with an integrated team
• Ability to participate in brainstorms and lead internal teams effectively. Ability to communicate ideas and thoughts into concepts when needed is a plus.
• Leadership role in maintaining client relationships, delivering strategic council and troubleshooting client and internal issues with guidance from account VP
• Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills: demonstrated ability to take responsibility for several projects and to manage them in a timely manner with limited supervision.
• Responsible for managing client relationships with account VP, developing account plans and delivering team proposals.
• Ability to assist in managing the budgets and expenses of an account team within an agency environment
• Ability to manage client's overall expectations and provide continuously holistic context to the progress made.
• Superb networking, teamwork, negotiation, and interpersonal/diplomatic skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
• Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Familiar with best-practice integrated Marketing Communications, Talent, Event, and Digital Influencer negotiations and the ability to appropriately recommend them to executive-level clients and actively participate in the execution of all related projects in-house
• Candidate must have dynamic communication skills to present programs and capabilities to the highest level of clients and the experience to provide strategic counsel in the entertainment space.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the marketing agency, entertainment, or sports industry, with a focus on entertainment/ talent/ lifestyle/ influencer management and partnerships
◦ QSR brand experience a plus
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience providing day-to-day management of multiple sizable accounts and experience in serving as the client contact
• Superior written and verbal communications skills along with the proven ability to consistently make sound judgments.
• Passion for entertainment and pop culture with familiarity of the digital influencer space.
• Ability to gather key information in project briefings to onboard and continuously update the wider project team, and show excellent organization and management skills to create a sense of calm and confidence across the team.
• Identify growth opportunities and initiate long term planning with internal teams to bring these to fruition.
• Keep a close eye on Client's competitors and industry trends/opportunities and create awareness to the wider team.
• Actively participate in agency brainstorm sessions, on topics and clients, throughout the organization.
