ABOUT US
Cadreon is Mediabrands programmatic buying unit. We utilise smart thinking, data and technology to find, buy and engage audiences. We use a unique blend of media experts and technology to remove the complexity from the programmatic ecosystem and produce results that are greater than the individual parts. Through direct integration with multiple inventory sources, we trade media on an impression-by-impression basis. When coupled with client-specific and third-party datasets and audience insights, we drive substantially increased campaign performance.

Required Skills:
You should have experience either as part of a digital agency or an agency digital team, or working directly within a programmatic role for a network, publisher or ad tech company. This role would suit a Digital Account Director within an agency looking to get into programmatic, or perhaps a rising star Digital Account Manger within a digital agency looking to make the next step up.
You should be comfortable presenting to and working with clients as well as senior members of the agency teams. You should be a proven strategic digital thinker. You should already have experience in developing programmatic strategy for clients and have a strong knowledge of the programmatic landscape and technologies.
This role has no direct reports but you will need to be comfortable working closely with the wider Cadreon team who you will support and be supported by. This is not a role for those who like delegate and manage, but for someone who likes to get their hands dirty, keep busy and produce great work.
Please note that due to the high volume of applications we are unable to provide individual responses for all.
