Purpose of the Role
◦ Increase perceived client data quality and manage communication to external and internal clients
◦ Continuously explore, design and define new, innovative, more automated and future-oriented ad hoc methods, principles and best practices
◦ Proactively provide input and insight on GfK quality issues, via dashboards, key quality indicators (KQIs) and status reporting or direct communication
◦ Assure that mandatory, standardized, global methodological guidelines are kept in order to guarantee representative, comparable, consistent, compliant and trusted market information
◦ Advise and support the GfK senior management in establishing and maintaining high quality surveys across the GfK territories
Key Activities
◦ Ensure full global awareness of the GfK research methodology, standards and rules at local, regional and global level.
◦ Coordinate, align and accompany methodological and strategic changes (such as offline à online, behavioral research, etc.).
◦ Establish a comprehensive, trusted and reliable Quality Management System (Statistics & Analytics) that helps to identify areas for improvement (à tackle/resolve data quality problems proactively).
◦ Define CE ad hoc quality targets, acceptable ranges and thresholds and support countries and regions in achieving them.
◦ Build and leverage valuable networks to Marketing Data Sciences.

Requirements
Skills required
◦ Profound knowledge of GfK research methodology and procedures
◦ Ability to explain complex terminology to various audiences
◦ Ability to quickly build effective relationships with a wide range of people across different countries / cultures
◦ Excellent leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills
◦ Good problem analysis and problem solving skills
◦ Ability to understand and analyze data
◦ Strong short-term and long-term strategic planning skills
◦ Self-motivated, results driven, solution oriented, taking full ownership and responsibility for the role
Typical Education and Work Experience required
◦ Bachelor's / Master's degree (in Maths, Statistics), or equivalent experience
◦ Experienced in working with international teams and networks (at least 5 years)
◦ Proven experience in successfully defining and implementing strategical quality increase programs
◦ Excellent, proven English skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
