DUTIES:Responsible and accountable for company’s RAES Engagement unit, including driving the growth and profitability of the business through excellence in all aspects of the online panel and the online sample procurement. Provide thought leadership and guidance in building, updating and maintaining company’s marketing panel capabilities to optimum levels.
Duties include:
• Full P&L oversight of Global RAES organization.
• Managing the Engagement of the Panels globally.
• Taking ownership of the panels and maintaining the health of the Ipsos online panels through proper maintenance.
• Developing and enforcing the online panel guidelines and policies and advocating for the proper use of panel resources.
• Developing and implementing Engagement best practices.
• Overseeing all Engagement initiatives.
• Developing and monitoring KPI’s for the RAES organization.
• Ensuring procedural efficiency and driving continual improvements in panel quality and related services.
• As part of management team, participating in the creation of strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of panel projects globally.
• Providing thought leadership and strategic vision in the development of company’s multichannel Engagement capabilities (Email, Mobile and Social Media).
• Establishing and developing strong working relationships between the RAES team and other Operations as well as Client Service teams throughout the company.
• Coaching and motivating the RAES team to produce outstanding results and achievements.
• Defining the frame and the best practices for contracting and acquiring services related to company activity globally.
• Facilitating the relationship with the Legal and Finance departments for a smooth implementation of the agreements contracted with external vendors.
• Building KPI’s and measurement/monitoring systems to best track the performance of major suppliers and global deals performance.
• Negotiating global and major deals, with the best rebates, payments T&C etc.
• Ensuring that the suppliers deliver the agreed quality/services (in line with signed SLAs).
• Supporting and assisting the budget owners in solving any issues with global suppliers.
• Supervise 42 employees in the performance of these duties.
• Position requires occasional travel to Europe (10% of time).
Minimum Requirements: Certificate/Diploma in Direct and Interactive Marketing, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Market Research plus 10 years of experience working in Direct Marketing Management or Market Research Management positions with experience with the following specific skills:
• Panel and Sampling practices (including Direct Marketing, Mobile Apps, and Social Media);
• Working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform;
• Direct Marketing (offline and online);
• Financial Management, Budget Management (i.e. working with and meeting budget requirements), and General Management skills;
• Negotiation skills;
• Strategic visioning and implementation skills;
• Data Acquisition;
• Behavioral Targeting and Retargeting techniques;
• Financial Management, Budget Management (i.e. working with and meeting budget requirements), and General Management skills; and
• Business to Consumer (B2C) practices.
