Who we are looking for:
POSSIBLE seeks an Account Director who will have overall responsibility for managing the account’s growth, profitability, and the value-add relationship with the client. You will be expected to own the day-to-day client relationship. The Account Director works with project and program managers to ensure that we have the right team on the engagement. The role succeeds when the position is a trusted adviser to the client.
What you'll do:
• Monitor workflow of projects and intercede when issues arise.
• Assume a leading role in the review and evaluation of the quality of the Agency's product.
• Provide strategic input into the work and thinking. Partner with strategists.
• Work to make sure invoicing is current and accurate and that the account is running at its target profitability.
• Work with clients to advance their business needs and develop long-range communications and marketing plans. Grows existing accounts where possible.
• Advise senior agency management on the status of each business, client relationships and specific opportunities or problems.
• Ensure team enjoys high morale is appropriately rewarded, and consistently delivers superior work.
• Ensure that the Agency is associated with outstanding creative work that is both strategic and breakthrough.
What you'll need:
• 7+ years experience in a digital agency.
• Strong proven track record of gaining client trust and success with actively growing client accounts.
• Extraordinary written and verbal communicator and know how to create relationships and goodwill.
• Understands individual client, agency business objectives, and the overall client business.
• Demonstrates consistently sound judgment and creative, flexible thinking.
• Must have the ability to inspire, motivate and drive all members of the agency team.
• Able to bend and adapt to new technologies and trends.
• Proven ability to strategically define and propose projects.
