Who we are looking for:
POSSIBLE seeks an Associate Creative Director/Design Director with a strong visual design background to help captain one of our rapidly growing accounts. The ACD is a dynamic design-craft team leader who can inspire people to come up with mind-blowing ideas and create killer executions - much to the supreme delight of our clients (who will tell their bosses how awesome we are). The ACD has a formidable understanding of how interactive design translates not just in digital/social/campaign spaces but in more traditional mediums as well. Experienced in working with famous, multinational brands, you will, nonetheless, be a calming influence on the team when deadlines and priorities collide. You will provide specific direction to art directors, UX architects, designers, and writers, with the goal of pushing the work to award winning levels. The ACD reports to the Creative Director and works closely with account directors, strategists, project managers, and studio producers to ensure that the work is utterly groundbreaking and breathtaking in execution, yet delivered on time and on budget.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and inspire teams of highly creative designers, all of whom want their work to get noticed.
• Promote an atmosphere of ‘anything-goes’ creativity within established brand and budget guidelines.
• Know what makes for highly compelling digital experiences, then invent ways to make them better.
• Work with the Creative Director to ensure maximum effectiveness of various concepts.
• Steer overall direction of the team.
What you’ll need:
• 7+ years of creative design experience.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Outstanding portfolio of design work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, particularly with clients.
• Persuasive team leader.
• Demonstrated enterprise web experience.
• Proven ability to achieve results with large agency of record clients.
