Who we are looking for:
POSSIBLE seeks an Associate Director, Marketing Sciences who guides a team of analysts and works closely with client partnership and other disciplines to deliver best-in-class measurement solutions. Our team members work closely with user experience, creative, development and client relationship teams to deliver an exceptional, results-focused actionable analytics and optimization program that drives clear ROI. We’re looking for a passionate and strategic digital manager to join our team!
What you'll do:
• Assist the Group Director of Performance Marketing in defining and evangelizing performance measurement as a core competency of POSSIBLE.
• Work closely with client partnership, experience planning, research, search, strategy, project management, creative and technology teams to deliver best-in-class measurement execution that match our clients’ business goals to the needs of their customers.
• Educate internal staff how to address measurement and analytics with clients
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining vendor relationships and financial agreements
• Help to guide day-to-day research team activities including mentoring and career development.
• Provide hands-on leadership on key accounts, projects and new business efforts.
• Provide input on work schedules, project approach, scope and estimate development.
• Provide thought leadership within the agency and across the industry.
• Participate in leadership activities as a functional manager within the agency.
What you'll need:
• Experience as a functional manager, managing, and growing a team.
• Track record of strong leadership and collaboration and a minimum 6 years of experience in an interactive agency, internet consultancy, corporate research or related function using data and information to drive specific targeting and marketing recommendations.
• Working knowledge of marketing research and top web analytics software, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven experience developing, executing, analyzing and synthesizing research across a broad range of quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Experience analyzing online user behavior including gathering and analyzing data to identify key performance indicators, understand online traffic patterns, segment customer behaviors, and drive actionable business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in SEO/SEM a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Research or equivalent. Masters/MBA a plus.
• Experience in CPG category a plus.
