Group Account Director

We are currently looking for a Group Account Director to join our digital team. In this role, you will be leading a team and be the point-person on of our largest key accounts among some other exiting clients. In this role, you will have an opportunity to manage relationship and influence or key client, lead your own team including motivating those around you.
This is a great opportunity for a driven Account Director looking for a next challenge in growing an innovative business with independent feel. If you have a passion for digital including leading mobile channel we would love to hear from you.
Ideally, you are a bright digital star with the willingness to learn about mobile. This is one of the fastest and most exciting mediums in advertising, and a very big growth area for the advertising industry as a whole.

Role Responsibility
You will have a chance to have significant input in to:
• Supporting the Leadership team in company-wide initiatives
• Supporting the New Business function
• Working closely with our leaders in strategy, technology and operations to ensure a class-leading mobile offering
• Maintaining senior-level relationships with both clients and media partners
• Media planning and buying for your clients
• Applying innovation to our services
• Budgetary control and management
• Campaign expansion and ideas
• Growing your accounts
The Ideal Candidate
Ideaally, we would like you to come from a digital, performance agency background with an understanding of complex media campaigns. Combined with the ability and confidence to lead your clients of the rationale of your plans, you will also need to keep them up-to-date on the industry and of important changes.
We would like you to bring the following qualities and skills:
• Media planning and buying experience in digital environments
• Experience working in an agency environment
• Proven experience of leading a team
• Use of media buying interfaces and ad-serving (preferable)
• A good understanding of excel, pivot tables, formulas and manipulating data
• to see clear trends
• Experience in managing accounts, forecasts and budgets
• Fine eye for detail
• High standard of administration and financial awareness
You will be able to apply the principles of digital/mobile media and account management to the role and be able to inject fun in the process.
