We are looking for a dynamic account/operations leader who will be responsible for working with the SVP, Operations and finance lead in operationalizing the rollout and management of several key projects for one of our largest clients, Coca-Cola. In this role, this person will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the team to operationalize the business and develop and implement tools to power the day to day business. This includes the automation of reporting and project management as well as assisting in coordinating the flow of data and reporting from UM to Coca-Cola.
Essential Functions
Data and Reporting
• Cross discipline lead overseeing all data flowing to/from CCNA for various reports and uses as well as key systems and tools that power data (e.g. Mediatools & Mediaocean)
• Responsible for know who is using data, what data they are using and who it is being sent to and for what purpose
• Manage Magnifiq tool and liaise with operations, planning, investment, BAE to ensure all data entering system is correct
• Manage team that produces and deliver non-campaign reports – e.g, Marketing to Kids, compliance, planned vs purchase, bottler
• Maintain a current and up to date knowledge of what is happening at the high level in planning, buying and finance as it relates to data and reporting –e .g. Society buying social and how that fits into process, required outputs etc
• Collect, produce and QA MMM spend and execution data and share with CCNA
• Develop, own and implement QA process of all data, ask questions and get answers/clarifications from planning/investment before data goes to CCNA
• Educate and support teams with adoption and compliance on QA process
• Mandatory understanding of all tools used by UM teams for planning, investment, reporting and analytics (e.g Mediatools, Mediaocean, Adservers etc) and how they work together and differ from one another
• Oversee development, evolution and implementation of consistent taxonomies across the team to meet client reporting needs
• Manage the reporting schedule and deadlines and partner with Data Architect to ensure compliance across the team
• Support SVP, Account Operations on development of new processes and fine tune existing processes and procedures as necessary as they relate to system and tools (e.g. savings reporting)
• Manage development, evolution and implementation of consistent taxonomies across the team to meet client reporting needs
• Develop relationships across all levels and provide additional support and solutions to everyday challenges
Reporting
Systems and Tools
• Day to day interaction with media operations client with relation to systems and tools (Mediatools and Mediaocean)
• Responsible for day to day management of Mediatools and Mediaocean
• Administration of Mediatools across accounts, user access, system troubleshooting & maintenance; process and usage across account to ensure consistency - requires ongoing day to day management given the daily questions that come from Connections and Operations at Coke
• Own relationship with key partners – e.g. SQAD Mediatools and MediaOcean and implement updates as necessary across the team
• Coordinate and conduct ongoing Mediatools and Mediaocean training and compliance
• Trend and analyze day to day errors with Mediatolls and Mediaocean and develop streamlined processes to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences
Dashboard
• Lead development of US Lighthouse dashboard including migration of current dashboard including media spend, performance, competitive and campaign reporting
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree required
Work Experience:
• 5+ years’ related experience required
• Experience with Mediatools and Mediaocean required
• Strong excel experience (including macros) required
