360i is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Associate Account Director to lead our internal client teams and forge senior client relationships across three lines of business. This role requires the ability to direct members of different departments (Media, Analytics, Tech, and AdOps) and to oversee the implementation of integrated marketing strategies across Search, Display, and Paid Social.
We are looking for a proactive, energetic person who develops healthy, trustworthy team and client bonds. Someone who thrives in a lively environment, loves learning, prioritizes clear and thorough communications, and wears their passion for their team and their client on their sleeve will be an ideal fit. A highly motivated individual who will bring their own ideas to the table to support the client business and career management of their direct reports is a must.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years online/digital account management experience
• Proven ability to own client relationship(s) for specific lines of business
• Able to replicate success in multiple situations, with various client groups, and/or over extended periods of time
• Cultivates, enhances director-level client relationships demonstrating a deep, intimate, trusted partnership
• Proactively leads and anticipates client issues before they present themselves as problems
• Demonstrates ability to lead agency partnerships
• Manages and galvanizes cross-functional team members to think smarter, work more effectively and drive new ideas/solutions that deliver ground-breaking work, flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction
• Takes the lead as “Career Manager” for their direct reports, outlining expectations, career path, and developing training/coaching opportunities to develop future agency leaders
• Communicates in a concise manner, with clarity, in both writing and speech
• Collaborates with all departments to provide the best possible outcome
• Demonstrates an understanding of the channels appropriate to the client’s business
• Creates a positive environment for success
• Approaches challenges with the intent of resolution
• Holds themselves accountable for all facets of their accounts
• Genuine passion and curiosity for the business and client category, staying abreast of the agency/client business
• College degree required, preferably in marketing or business
