Kellogg is a high profile client within our agency and with our recent pitch retention, we're looking to add real value to the account, through the form of our people.
Kellogg’s is the world’s leading producer of cereal, cookies, crackers, and savory snacks. The company trades in more than 180 countries, and brands include Coco Pops, Corn Flakes, Kellogg’s, Mini-Wheats and Pringles.
This person will need to work hand in glove with the creative agency (Leo Burnett) and the digital agency (Lbi) to place channel thinking at the heart of the commercial idea development through the creation of an Experience Framework. This thinking will help refine and focus the idea so it becomes a truly participatory communications approach that can be adapted taking into consideration local market nuance and insight. Additionally they will need to develop a clear KPI framework that is based on behaviour change metrics that are linked to the idea as opposed to traditional media (R&F) KPIs.
As such we are looking for someone who is collaborative yet strong minded - i.e. Someone who will be able to work in partnership with the other agencies but will not be “bullied” by creative directors who have only ever made traditional advertising.
Their key client contact will be the Kellogg’s brand teams, insight and planning and EMEA marketing director. They will also need to spend a lot of time with the creative agency and develop a truly collaborative approach.
