We are looking for a candidate who can bring their skills and expertise in qualitative research to join our small and close-knit qualitative team. Your mission in this role is to help our clients seek answers to address their business needs, and to ensure a high level of client servicing is achieved.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project management which comprises of, but not limited to, tasks such as proactively understanding the clients' business and their needs, writing compelling proposals, designing new methodologies, running customer sessions (groups, workshops, co-creation), digital community management, and of course rigorous analysis and writing persuasive debriefs. In addition to providing the highest quality service to existing clients, you will utilise your strong business development acumen to expand the existing client portfolio and generate business from potential clients.
Most important of all you will be working in an environment where your input, creativity and ideas will be highly valued.
Requirements
The person we are looking for will have at least 8 years of experience in qualitative research and must be passionate about the world of research and its new developments. Creative and a forward thinker, you must also have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and be proactive with innovative approach to problem solving.
In addition, you should also demonstrate the following qualities:
• experience in account planning and project management
• excellent track record of building strong relationships with clients and managing key client research projects and accounts
• strong business development capability and achievement of set budgets
• confident public speaker, with experience in presenting to senior management
• solid analytical skills to convert findings into strategic business recommendations
• highly experienced in running workshops with clients, co-creation and online digital communities
• experience across creative concept testing, customer journey, brand, new product development and shopper research
• exposure to technology, utility and media industries, as well as new and innovative qualitative research methods
• commitment to learning and development
You should also have tertiary qualification in a related discipline, e.g. Business, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology.
