We’re looking for a Digital Investment Director to join our rapidly growing team and we want you to help us grow.
What You’ll Do.
As the Digital Investment Director, you will guide teams in trading strategies, negotiations, market research and development, as well as building and retaining a client base that leads to brand recognition for MEC in the digital media industry.
You will partner with MEC’s Digital Trading Leader to set the working style of the team as well as developing a best practices approach for day to day use. Together you will communicate strategies to teams and vice versa. You will look for opportunities to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
You will ensure that each account has a clear trading strategy based on the client’s needs. As well as developing a strategy in building MEC’s client base.
You will work on individual career development, while helping them work toward their professional goals. You will also educate and help cross train non-Digital team members onto a path of becoming digitized.
Last but not least, you will help achieve core KPI’s based on improved pricing for clients, completed partner deals, and the trading structure implemented.
What We’re Looking For.
You have at least 7 years’ experience in the digital media industry. In addition to your work experience, you’ll still need to be able to prove that you have a Bachelor’s Degree. Extra credit for majoring in advertising, marketing, business administration or communications.
You are a well-spoken, consummate professional with impeccable grammar and spelling skills. You have a knack for telling stories with data and can transform complex tables into a simple, savvy report that your peers can understand. You are a persuasive presenter and yet diplomatic as well. You are well versed when it comes to marketing trends and innovations and can wax poetic about what consumers want. You are a finance guru and media extraordinaire.
You are tech savvy, and familiar with media systems, and MS OFFICE, offline media, DR, and CRM.
