Description
The POSSIBLE Associate Director, Strategy works closely with the account service and creative departments in particular. You will drive the development of a core brand idea based on a synthesis of primary and secondary research, market and consumer data, and competitive analyses.
Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy and planning for significant brands and clients.
• Synthesize information to provide thoughtful and well-written conclusions on which to develop a marketing and branding plan for the client.
• Stay attuned to technology, category, cultural dynamics, and brand opportunities to provide value to the client.
• Author and/or share thought leadership with clients and industry by leading or co-leading client presentations.
• Work with Marketing Sciences group to develop channel strategies and tactical plans and develop success metrics.
• Develop briefs in tandem with the Account leads to develop client relationships as well as inspire the creative team to develop concepts, ideas, and plans for successfully achieving objectives.
Skills and experience:
• 7 - 10 years minimum of marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (marketing or business focus preferred).
• Experience in the digital/interactive space.
• Proven success in handling multiple projects at the same time.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative consumer research. Must be proficient in doing research on the Internet, analyzing it, and arriving at logical and insightful conclusions.
• A demonstrated ability to think out of the box and provide solutions to business issues.
• Stellar written and verbal skills. Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization.
