Overall Responsibility:
Responsible for helping to lead our client engagements, forming and growing trust-based client relationships, creating high impact content, managing client profitability and enhancing our distinctive knowledge . This position will also function content lead on many of our client projects and will play a key role in developing business with new and existing clients.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Leading major branding and healthcare business consulting projects.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding in the discipline of brand development, specifically as it relates to the expression of a client’s business strategy
• Demonstrate a gravitas and ability to develop trust-based relationships client contacts who typically are at the senior or executive team level
• Engage in broad based branding dialog and become senior client’s trusted counsellor and in so doing identify further opportunities for Interbrand to provide meaningful client value
• Inspire and lead junior team members deliver highest quality work product in a timely and personally satisfying manner
• Develop and monitor metrics of “success” and demonstrate a deep understanding of analytical methods and processes
• Effectively lead project teams demonstrating leadership across disciplines and across senior and junior team members
• Coach individual team members to insure meaningful experiences, personal growth, improvement in IB intellectual capital and constructive feedback
• Produce and integrate highest quality end-product
• Manage deliver targeted WIP
Skills and Attributes:
• Ability to handle large, complex projects with a senior level of business acumen
• Strong understanding of branding, business processes and strategic planning
• A strategic thinker with a strong business background with the ability to see the big picture and pay attention to detail
• Ability to grow and expand client relationships
• Must be a leader and team player and have the ability to work with people in all levels of the at the client and at the company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong client leadership skills – can connect with clients and inspire their confidence and ongoing commitment
• Passionate about having measurable impact on clients business
Qualifications:
• B.A. degree; MBA desirable
• 6-8 years experience in brand strategy/architecture, marketing and/or business strategy and financial analysis
• Knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences sector preferred
• Strong organization and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
