The Role:
The Program Management Director manages large, complex programs and is an expert in all aspects of Interbrand offerings and program management processes.
A Consultant to senior and mid-level clients that partners with the internal team (strategy, creative, implementation, new business and finance) to ensure that work is delivered on strategy, on time and on budget.
Plays a leadership role in developing and shaping programs, and manages and develops long-term client relationships. Tasks include:
• Write and manage scope of work and project timeline
• Work with finance manager to create and manage project budget
• Ensure documentation of best practices, case studies and lessons learned on a client engagement assisted by senior pm, pm and pc staff.
• Become client’s trusted counsellor, engaging in broad based branding and business dialog
• Speak with authority about a client’s business
• Think through complex business issues holistically, and identify solutions to problems and recommendations
• Responsible for delivering highest quality work that reflects current IB school of thought
• Act as client lead, accountable for managing the financials of the project
• Identify and foresee additional client needs to help grow business relationship and deliver enhanced value
• Lead client presentations
• Help new business assess problems and participate in pitches
• Ongoing coaching, performance management and career development of junior staff
• Ensure that your teams execute the following staff-related processes: recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, career development and performance management
