Overview:
360i is looking for a technically savvy seasoned individual to serve as the expert on marketing technology in the marketplace as it applies to client deployments. Position will collaborate closely with Advanced Analytics,
Product Development, Media, Account Management, Programmatic, and clients to support and
actively manage the complexity of marketing technology from a research, project management,
and implementation perspective.
Responsibilities include acting as primary technical point of contact for multiple clients and partners, addressing technical challenges or product-related questions, ensuring clarity and transparency across all aspects of the engagement including providing expertise in technical application, custom solution development, front-end implementation, feasibility analysis, privacy, security and regulatory compliance. Understand the implications of technology choices and their impact on the omni-channel data environment, particularly measurement. Educate clients on how new and existing product feature set and functionalities can contribute to their business models. Partner with media, analytics, and technology leads to assist in vetting new partners within ad or marketing technology stacks (ad servers (including mobile), tag management, advanced targeting and analytics, data management, and other marketing technology capabilities). Support new creative initiatives through technical implementation expertise (rich media, custom units, DCO, etc.). Develop presentations and reference documentation as necessary and assist in trainings and reviews as needed. Own the development and implementation of best practices across specific areas of responsibilities. Understand client internal systems and how we can connect to them (API, batch, server to server, pixel based, etc.).
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage pod of Media Technology personnel to deliver best-in-class service
• Establish/refine processes and training parameters to ensure flawless, on-time execution by operational teams
• Organize and centralize process and technologies working with other Media Tech leads
• Proactive partner management and industry outreach to improve and evolve Media Tech solutions based on client needs
• Lead in developing and deploying data/Tag management and reporting solutions
• Develop agency best practices as it relates to process, taxonomies, etc.
• Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure data (from varied sources) can be easily fed into tools and systems
• Understand, identify and partner with data/technology solution providers to drive more effective and efficient reporting/targeting
• Identify and oversee the deployment of digital technology solutions and partnerships, 3rd party technology
platforms including but not limited to DCM, Sizmek, Atlas, Ad Verification (Fraud), Viewability,
Tag Management, DCO, Video, Mobile, DSPs/DMPs, etc
• Drive management of data governance protocols
• Manage strategic technology vendor contracts
• Ensure teams are effectively and efficiently using current tools and systems through training and/or establishment and adherence to best practices
• Audit/evaluate technology solutions and identify opportunities to improve and/or create new
tools and systems that will drive savings or generate new revenue.
• Partner with various discipline leads to deliver best product and best thinking across, search, social, mobile,
display and video to establish technology needs and requirements
• Manage/Bridge client tech stacks to evolve their business
• Conduct site/tech/process audits & assessments to provide recommendations on client business
• Serve as a consultant throughout the organization to partner seamlessly & strategically with adjacent teams to
deliver best in class service to our clients.
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of client, consultancy or agency experience and/or project management in a marketing systems, analytics, or technical position
• In- depth knowledge of Analytics, Media Planning/Buying, Programmatic Buying, Process management skills, comprehension of brand studies, and differences between 1st/2nd/3rd party data, CRM, etc.
• In-depth familiarity with digital analytics tools landscape a must, i.e. web analytics, digital media analytics,
ability to speak intelligently about various data applications
• Advanced knowledge of 3rd party technology platforms including but not limited to DCM, Sizmek, Atlas,
Ad Verification (Fraud), Viewability, Tag Management, DCO, Video, Mobile, DSPs/DMPs, etc.
• Expert level campaign implementation experience across all major Ad Servers
• Support the Director on Ad Tech evaluations, new business, and process creation.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as detail oriented and organized
• Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a broader audience effectively
• Ability to manage a small to mid-size team of Media Technology personnel
• Experience with Kochava, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or other mobile attribution platforms a huge plus.
• Experience with HTTP, HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML
• Bachelor’s degree
