Description of Primary Duties
Answering phones, making copies/scan documents, mail retrieval/distribution, filing and organizing.
Special attention to assisting with faculty projects. Helping other students and office staff as needed. Front desk coverage when needed. Other duties as assigned
Minimum 2.0 GPA
Excellent communications skills
Ability to follow instructions
Applicants available to work the lunch hour and late afternoon shifts (3-5 p.m. Mon-Fri) will be given precedence
