Company is seeking a Webinar Facilitator to support and facilitate web-based training on various topics relating to child welfare information systems development, project management, and change management best practices. This opportunity is on an as-needed only basis with an average of 1-2 trainings delivered each month.
Provide training and technical assistance to states and tribes on federal Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS) requirements and industry trends
Plan, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop the required content, and deliver technical training to state and tribal child welfare representatives
Bachelor’s Degree in a social science or project management or communication field
Knowledge of child welfare programs and state/tribal SACWIS/CCWIS systems
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering in person or online trainings
Excellent written and verbal skills
Experience with design, implementation, and operation and maintenance of a statewide automated human services information systems (e.g., CCWIS, SACWIS, Child Support, TANF, MMIS, etc.)
Experience working on state administered social programs such as TANF, SNAP or Medicaid
Knowledge of project management processes and principles
