Business Management Specialist Primary Function:
Oversee sales support effort for a JPMS Advisor team through the coordination and completion of client service related projects and operational issues supervise junior sales support including hiring, training and performance management
Oversees and regulates workflow within the group including identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies
Develops procedures for solving logistical and administrative client concerns
Extensive client contact and coverage responsibilities including main point of contact for key client relationships
Work together with other teams in meeting all compliance, regulatory, risk management, operational, and due diligence requirements and compliance with internal policies
Attend client meetings as necessary
Complete ad hoc client related projects as needed
Work with Financial Advisor to identify new business opportunities; market and implement investment solutions in accordance with clients' investment objectives; grow new assets by identifying and developing new business opportunities from existing client base
Perform special portfolio analysis on product
Attends product rollouts, ideas calls and research meetings to stay current on all JPMS products and service
Assist and coordinate the onboarding of new relationships and meet service needs and expectations of existing and new clients.
Improve communications between team members, JPMS partners (COG, middle office, operations, Banking, etc.), and externally to clients
Navigating the firm / Client issue resolution, escalation and creative solutions
Ability to resolve issues with independent judgment
Knowledge of the financial industry/products
Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of clients
Ability to work in a team based environment
Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
Must be part of a team with at least one additional Sales Associate
7 years’ experience in Financial Services industry
Licenses 7 & 66 strongly preferred- Successful completion shall be required shortly after employment begins
Bachelor’s degree required
