Background: Leader within Financial Services seeks a VP of Global Analytics & Sales Optimization. VP will act as a change agent setting the vision and framework for Marketing and Sales optimization across the Enterprise globally. VP will champion the use of advanced analytical techniques and new data sources to optimize acquisitions and cross sell opportunities across global product lines. VP will manage large analytical and strategic teams and projects across a matrix organization. Responsibilities include providing consultative analytic support on B2B sales effectiveness, size opportunities and proactively inform growth strategies, deploy predictive models for lead prioritization and allocation, create dynamic scorecards and intervention strategies for prospects already engaged, build broker and market segmentation schemes, develop account intelligence to drive cross sell efforts, and evolve sales compensation structures. Candidate MUST have an executive presence, marketing analytics and sales optimization experience, solid knowledge of predictive modeling techniques, prior people management experience within a matrix organization, and ability to articulate analytical findings to non-technical audience to influence strategic decision making. Very attractive compensation offered, ~20% travel, and the role can be done in NYC, Philadelphia, and certain parts of NJ.
Proven experience within marketing analytics and sales optimization / effectiveness in a B2B environment preferred
Strong statistics and predictive modeling experience using machine learning preferably in financial services, retail, and ecommerce
Must have executive presence with great communication and presentation skills
