This Project Manager will support the Global Risk Management team, reporting to the Senior Human Resources Advisor. This role will execute against multiple project goals, recruiting and headcount initiatives and standardization of processes across the function. They will be a representative for Global Risk Management on a number of regional and global initiatives. He/she will drive the research and coordination on a number of projects. The position requires a highly organized and motivated individual who has demonstrated successes in complex organizational initiatives. This person will work independently with limited supervision. This responsible individual sets standards, proactively synthesize information and create executive ready material. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for regular status reports and presentations associated with programs/projects outlined. He/she should have excellent interpersonal skills and work constructively with people across various functional departments and geographies to facilitate project deliverables. This role will interact with various HR partners across the enterprise as well as key business stakeholders.
Assist with creation and implementation of interview selection optimization process as well as enhanced onboarding efforts
Create project plan and lead implementation of new multi-incumbent recruitment process
Create candidate management system for diverse talent with requisite skills for Risk
Conduct stay and exit interviews for key talent within the function. Synthesize root causes of employee challenges and create action plans around common themes / key issues
Plan and manage Global Risk Management attendance at diversity events throughout the year
Lead the coordination of the Global Risk Management strategy for the various HR disciplines (i.e., Performance Management, Talent Management, Year-end Compensation, etc.)
Draft department-wide communications, manage the upkeep of the Global Functions and EIO&T HR collaborate page and monthly HR newsletter
Attend meetings independently, representing the interest of Global Risk Management
Manage ad hoc projects and assist with ad hoc Sr HRA / HRA requests as needed
Work with Risk budget team to monitor headcount and expenses for Global Risk Management and help prepare updates / presentation for senior manager review
Liaise with the Headcount Reporting and Analytics team on various reports, data needs and opportunities
Responsible for ongoing headcount reporting to various stakeholders within HR and the business
5+ years of experience in HR preferred
Experience working on large scale projects, including experience in project tracking and issue management
Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills; able to effectively communicate across all levels of leadership and functional areas
Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated and prepared to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong team player with ability to collaborate with diverse teams comprised of many backgrounds, perspectives and skill-sets
Ability to manage and influence cross-business and global teams
Ability to understand issues at both strategic and operational levels
Flexible and highly adaptable to change
Bachelor's Degree required
