The CNE Development Team is looking for a Development executive with a proven track record of creating high quality digital content and strong understanding of the YT landscape. The ideal candidate has a strong creative voice with experience leading creative initiatives and strategy across multiple departments/brands. This VP role will oversee the creative direction of our current development as well as build new creative opportunities.
Partner with SVP and Dev leadership to oversee and develop scalable content for all of the Company brands.
Collaborate with other departments at CNÉ involved in the creative process (Programming, Creative Strategy, Sales, Branded Content) to articulate creative missions and create meaningful content
Partner with Programming to align efforts between strategic planning and development
Work closely with team creative leads to further develop and grow our in-house talent
Work with DCO (Director of Creative Operations) to implement creative processes as needed
Work with DCO to design and execute creative workshops and programs focused on personal creative development
Review development slate regularly and advise on any gaps or new opportunities
Participate in the hiring process for all new development team creators
7-10 years experience in media, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing a team of creative producers
Creative and strategic executive who is genuinely collaborative and ready to lead
Excellent track record growing audience, overseeing creative execution
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
