Job Role and Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a self-starting, creative, innovative leader to join our Worldwide Readiness, Assessment, Certification, and Enablement team to lead the Americas portion of our global Company Academy program.
Company Academy is a global development program for top university graduates who aspire to become the next generation of Company leaders, sales professionals, and technical pioneers. The program’s innovative and immersive training approach is proven to provide the skills, knowledge and mentorship needed for a successful career.
This role operates as part of the Global Field Onboarding Team. The position requires close collaboration with the many facets, priorities, and personalities of the business. Stakeholders include: senior business and hiring managers in Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Sales Enablement, Onboarding, Human Resources, and others to understand their requirements and manage the execution of the program.
In this role, you will collaborate with your global counterparts to ensure consistent delivery and execution. Your actions will help shape the success of the global program, while delivering in AMER and interfacing on cross-functional teams.

You will autonomously handle operational program management duties. PM activities include: organization, planning, curriculum development, facilitation, engagement with stakeholders, communicating, collaborating, executing, and dealing with the ambiguity that comes with the changing needs of a diverse program.
You will lead a large group of people for extended periods of time.
You will provide the compassion, empathy, and individual attention needed when working with those freshly out of college in their first professional role.
You will understand and execute on young talent curriculum-building – millennial. Additionally, you will drive generation learning, communication, and onboarding at a software technology company.
Ability to identify a problem and have the drive and passion to go fix it. You will passionately grow this program into the leading, world-class program that it is.
Have the technical aptitude to articulate Company’s market position, differentiated value, and identify key stakeholders within the business for curriculum development
Leading the Americas Company Academy program annually with 90+ new college graduates
Managing the day-to-day running of the Academy program and provide feedback to stakeholders in an ongoing fashion
Collaborate with Academy global counterparts to develop consistent strategy across geos
Attending and conducting business review meetings (such as QBRs) to understand issues
Provide input into the Academy Onboarding program and execution. Assist in creation and rollout of new programs and initiatives to continue the successful journey of the new college graduates
Create metrics/KPI, conduct post evaluation to study the program efficiency, and provide reporting
Provide ongoing support and guidance to the new graduates to ensure their integration to the demanding corporate world is as seamless as possible
Source, consult, evaluate, and organize vendors, while providing guidance on curriculum
Coach and develop the performance of the graduates during the program
Compile and maintain academy processes, procedures and records
Create and curate the curriculum and agenda for Foundation and Role-based training through collaboration with the business
Create the framework, documentation, presentation documents, and possibly content from existing resources
Develop AMER/Global unified content and deliver them or train-the-trainer to local trainer
5+ years total technology sales, pre-sales, enablement OR 10 + years of formal training experience.
Deep knowledge of main inside and field position competency requirements for roles in: Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills both in group and one on one settings
Awareness of the client journey and the sales cycle
Performance, development and motivating experience
Adaptability, dependability and flexibility to changing business requirements
Training & coaching experience, creating coaching development plans
experience in driving Onboarding program for new college graduates
On-boarding program development, New Graduate or Sales Academy development, or program management
Content selection, development, and instructional design experience
Experience handling vendor selection, logistics (POs, SOWs, Zoom video conferencing, room sourcing, catering), scheduling, coordinating the speaker.
Experience of developing both sales and internal sales programs
