A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help Company in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud. Our Process Improvement and Management team helps identify opportunities and utilise lean methodologies that facilitate process improvement and efficient resource management. As part of our team, you’ll help evaluate existing systems within accounts receivable and payable, financial management and merchandise chargebacks to identify optimisation opportunities.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a track record of success as an experienced Visualization Designer in the following areas:
Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of UX/UI design approaches, technologies, and tools (including personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes/click throughs, functional prototypes, and test-driven design and development);
Contributing and managing prototyping/innovation lab environment, and working with small teams across a variety of new and emerging technologies; and,
Leading experience design efforts with new and emerging technologies leveraging Agile development techniques.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a track record of success as an experienced Visualization Designer who displays effective design, project management, and organizational skills to assist with product vision, UX/UI design, usability testing, and improving the user experience of new and existing tools. Experience should focus in the following areas:
Understanding of the vision of the product experience from an end-user, customer, and stakeholder point of view with an undeniable understanding of how visual design and visual communication fits into the overall product roadmap;
Developing digital products, presentations, interactive and/or static designs for a range of use cases and audiences;
Presenting designs at meetings to further clarify design strategy;
Providing valuable stakeholder feedback to address and take action to meet the team’s strategic goals;
Demonstrating deep experience creating visualizations within a development organization that includes sub organizations such as Development, DevOps/TechOps/SupportOps, UI and QA;
Working with small, multidisciplinary product teams and collaborating with data engineers/architects, business interpreters, and developers to innovate and drive product development;
Utilizing effective written and verbal communication with the ability to translate between business design, and technical stakeholders as required to meet strategic program/project objectives;
Utilizing and applying thorough project management, multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills;
Demonstrating creative problem solving skills with ability to deliver workable solutions/design through the use of storyboarding and wireframing techniques;
Possessing a passion for learning and understanding new and emerging technologies, techniques, tools, etc.; and,
Leading and committing to the principles of the Company experience.
