Position Summary This position will provide a key supportive role in the firm’s responses to the ever changing regulatory environment across all Wealth Management constituents. An individual will be successful if they possess analytical skills, proficient in PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, communication skills as well as the ability to take direction and show a growing capability in becoming a self-starter. If successful in the role, Virtual Engagement Associates will have the option to transition into a sales role for example, the two-year Wealth Advisor Associate (WAA) program. Virtual Engagement Associate – Regulatory Program Management Job Responsibilities:Facilitate the development and tracking of the project management across different work streams within various Wealth Management organizations, e.g., Product, Field Management, Risk Management, Compliance and Technology.Actively engage with stakeholders to ensure thorough and timely reporting of progress.Create and generate reporting including a certain level of analysis of metricsProduce power point presentations for senior management to foster decision.Work closely with all stakeholders to thoroughly document business development requirements for technology.
Virtual Engagement Associate – Regulatory Program Management Job Requirements:Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (or equivalent)Must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of professional experience in finance, business development, compliance, management, sales, legal, accounting, education, military, or other business-related fieldsStay organized, focused, and highly disciplined. Be able to keep track of simultaneously competing needsEstablish, maintain and support strong working relationships with all stakeholdersDemonstrate accountability and a strong work ethic to demonstrate an ability to grow as an independent operatorBe authorized to work in the U.S. without durational restrictionsSuccessfully complete background check and pre-employment assessments
