As a key member of the Marketing Mgmt team, direct the development of company marketing programs.
Direct all marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control. Be an active member of the global Marketing team to ensure consistency of marketing campaigns and messages. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Liaise with management to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the geography. Focus on best practice and continuous improvement in all business and management activities. Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography / product implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Manage the activities of the staff according to overall marketing strategies and budgets; through motivation and maintaining high level of individual / team performance. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Software business management experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business + Internet practical know-how. Professional credentials in Marketing, Academic credentials desirable. Past experience in Sales desirable.

The Video Operations and Programs Manager manages the day-to-day business operations of the video production team and requires an individual with a breadth of experience that translates across media production and knowledge of production pipelines, roles, and best practices, along with experience in operations, account management, and business development and strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Communication and collaboration processes and platforms, Business process and standards, cost reporting and financial tracking, HR, coordination and planning for budget and spend priorities, Quality assurance oversight. Owns customer satisfaction. Reports to Senior Director/ Group Lead.
Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years’ experience in business management specific to entertainment media and creative production
Deep knowledge of production pipelines for video production, live events, stage shooting, audio/editorial, and broadcast media
Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, team management, financial reconciliation, and production pipelines and best practices
Proven track record in exceeding client expectations and developing long-term business relationships
Strong business acumen and even stronger emotional intelligence to successfully support client relationships
Expert-level command of Excel and data/budget reporting
Ability to identify and implement industry best practices to improve existing processes; demonstrable achievement within a results-driven, complex, and dynamic environment
Ability to manage short, medium, and long-term planning horizons concurrently
Ability to foster a positive culture and empowered employees
