We are seeking a talented individual for a VP, Fraud Solutions who acts as the general manager, owning all aspects of the Fraud product(s) on behalf of Company and is expert in product domain. Responsible for developing product road map and driving completion and execution of all work efforts required to accomplish road map objectives for product growth and achievement of revenue growth. Manages the entire product life cycle. Champions the product, facilitates the product decisions, ensures products remain market competitive and that clients are receiving optimal product. Analyzes product performance and identifies opportunities to drive further value and revenue target achievement. The Vice President level typically supports a high growth and/or high revenue product of more maturity and complexity.
In addition to the owning the product, the VP, Fraud Solutions also oversees the Special Investigative Unit (SIU) comprised of staff dedicated to providing analytics and investigative service to Company clients.
Works closely and directly with the Product Analysts, R&D and Product Management teams and other stakeholders to gather, define, prioritize and execute product solutions that address the needs of the client.
Works with technical team to define product release requirements.
Works with Product Analysts and R&D team to define the go-to-market strategy; identifies ideal markets for product launches and sales through market research, analysis, and modeling.
Develops and communicates the product vision together with the value proposition of the product.
Creates the business model, and champions the product vision, strategy, and roadmap product goals and objectives.
Defines product strategies and sets long and short-term goals.
Prepares detailed project plans that demonstrate the roadmap strategy, dependencies, milestones, and timing to achieve roadmap objectives.
Keeps leadership informed of progress against strategic objectives.
Creates and supports a renewal strategy.
Participates as “product expert” in select sales and client calls to respond to product questions.
Defines and analyzes metrics that inform the success of products.
Drives improvements to increase customer service levels and product stability through the reduction of process/product issues.
Analyses how the product is performing (quality metrics, financial performance metrics, etc.) against client requirements so as to provide optimal product.
Models new approaches/concepts to ensure product features/functions are competitive and that clients are achieving value and that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
Observes and monitors marketing results to maximize company profits and minimize the risk of loss of revenue.
Monitors products throughout their life cycle from introduction to maturity for continued growth and success; plans alternate strategies to address product challenges.
Works in conjunction with the sales and account facing teams on product knowledge, production and sales volume estimates and timing of product release.
Subject matter expert to all stakeholders, internal teams and external clients on analysis support and/or client consultations.
Stays current on all industry trends and emerging trends in product domain through specific research initiatives, in partnership with R&D team.
Participates at conferences as guest speaker/session leader and creates white papers to help promote and improve product exposure to the market.
Creates responses to RFP’s, including participation in review and response remediation components to support a winning response.
Manages SIU Services teams and products (analytics and investigations) with Director level direct reports. Includes driving to market leading service offerings and frequently interfacing with clients to ensure overall satisfaction with their selected solution components.
Performs other functions as assigned.

Work Conditions and Physical Demands:
Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment

Requires occasional standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects (up to 10 lbs.)
Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals
May be required to work extended hours for special business needs
May be required to travel at least 10% of time based on business needs
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required; post-graduate degree preferred
Minimum Related Work Experience:
10+ years as a product owner or product manager preferably in the healthcare anti-fraud industry
5+ years leadership experience
