The ATM & Branch Cash Supplier Vendor Management Team is responsible for achieving the highest possible customer availability on over 5,000 Chase owned and operated ATMs and Branches. The ATM and Branch channels are critical for Chase customers to complete their business needs on a daily basis (24x7).
The ATM and Branch Cash Supplier Vendor Management Team leverages state-of-the-art Cash forecasting & monitoring tools, analytics and industry-leading methods to detect problems and resolve them as quickly as possible.
Understand and drive all Cash Supplier contractual deliverables, service levels, payment & penalties as outlined in the Cash Supplier contracts.
Responsible to influence, drive and communicate daily, weekly, monthly performance of the ATM and Branch Cash service supplier contractual expectations and partner with the ATM and Branch Operations and Compliance Teams.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators, key risk indicators and metrics to drive performance.
Partner with other Cash Supplier Managers through effective coaching, negotiation and influencing skills.
Work with our suppliers on key project initiatives, continuous improvement and process development to the success of both Chase and Suppliers.
Partnering with other LOBs (Cash Services, Branch Technology Support, ATM Monitoring Group, ATM Hardware escalations, Teller Recon) to identify servicing issues and driving for resolutions.
Document issues, formulate data, interpret root cause and implement operating practices for problem resolution
Requires 2+ years of experience in Third Party/Vendor relationship management
Requires MS Office Skills including demonstrated advanced PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills
Requires demonstrated ability influencing peers and third parties
Project management experience desired
Negotiating, Influencing skills and contract knowledge desired
Prefer ATM Industry and business acumen experience
Must have ability to face a new challenge everyday
Customer relationship experience, a customer first mentality
Knowledge of continuous improvement – lean, six sigma
Communication skills and knowledge of how the organization works
Team oriented, needs to collaborate inside and outside of the company
Possess critical thinking skills and able to act & deliver with sense of urgency
Requires ability to think and drive strategic plans & initiatives
Prefer experienced in multiple disciplines/function
Prefer understanding of business applications and workflows
Must have advanced level of oral and written communication and presentation skills
Prefer Bachelor's degree
