In this position, you will be leading design for B2B SaaS solutions relied upon by the world’s leading consumer businesses to engage consumers at massive scale. It will test your abilities to both create delightful experience for our B2B SaaS users as well as compelling consumer engagement for their end B2C users.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Define the overall UX vision, research and design strategy and processes for Company products
• Drive a multi-year UX roadmap to realize that vision
• Evolve and build a world class team of UX professionals - coach and mentor existing staff to new levels and recruit great talent in a challenging recruiting environment
• Promote a user centric design culture across the company - advocate for UX excellence and establish processes and standards that advance the practice and craft across all functions
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering and QA to ensure that teams deliver highly delightful, valuable & feasible products aligned with user needs
• Drive consumer behavior research and testing and partner with Marketing to ensure BV is recognized for thought leadership in optimizing user experience related to Consumer Generated Content
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role
• Bachelor Degree in Human Factors/Human Computer Interaction or related field, Masters preferred
• 15+ years’ experience successfully applying design approaches to software product development, preferably in Agile SaaS environments
• 8+ years managing staff, preferably in a fast paced, high-technology environment
• Expertise in interaction design, user research and testing for web and mobile applications
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Demonstrated ability to bridge silos and work effectively across disciplines, locations, and levels
• Ability to craft and communicate a compelling story to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of Lean UX principles
• Experience with internationalization and localization strategies to serve worldwide markets
• Experience with Google Analytics and other usability and analytical software tools
• Experience with Design for Disability / WCAG / Section 508 requirements
