The Digital and Client Solutions team, reporting to the U.S. Wealth Management CEO, develops industry-leading solutions that enable wealth management clients to live their lives with financial confidence through connected experiences. The team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless end-to-end experience for clients across the Aspiring Affluent, Established, and High Net Worth client segments. We build the strategic vision and lead the development of product and solutions, including online brokerage and advice, digital solutions, lending and retirement products and best-in-class experiences for all clients. Our strategy is to create solutions that deepen client engagement, increase scale and profitability, attract new clients and drive productivity.
The candidate will be involved in the strategy, design and rollout of new investing experiences which include a focused effort on Women & Investing across U.S. Wealth Management. He/she will work closely with key partners across marketing, strategy, digital client experience, and CWM advisor training teams to:
Design digital experiences aimed at our core client segments
Drive our understanding of the unique and differing needs for our clients
Develop and launch unique product experiences
The candidate will work on a variety of initiatives including competitive analysis, customer analytics and research. He/she will be involved in brainstorming/ideation sessions to design our value proposition and identify differentiation drivers. He/she will be a critical part of day-to-day execution of strategy and go-to-market efforts, working with a cross-functional and cross-LOB team, contributing thought leadership to efforts as well.
He/she will lead primary and secondary research activities, synthesizing data to make compelling presentations to leadership. He/she will be involved in analyzing customer assets, product ownership and investing needs.
The candidate will play an important role in helping to create solutions that drive revenue, increase advisor efficiency, improve client satisfaction and grow market share.
He/she will define detailed plans to position, communicate and launch this offering to customers, advisors and internal stakeholders and ensure a seamless rollout.
Candidates should have excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. He/she should be strong at communicating in written and oral form, and have experience being part of strategy initiatives across teams and partners. He/she should be passionate about investing and solving for the needs of women customers.
Successful candidates will be expected to move up the learning curve quickly and contribute effectively to a fast-moving agenda.
Conduct detailed analysis to assess customer demand and market opportunity
Performing competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
Develop internal and external presentations and other communication materials for senior management
Work collaboratively with partners across LOBs and functions
Conduct primary and secondary customer research activities, analyzing and synthesizing complex customer data to make compelling presentations.
Participating in and independently conducting internal and external interviews to identify trends relevant to women investors
Support development of strategy and go-to-market approach and play an important role in identifying activities to ensure a seamless rollout. Define detailed plans to position, communicate and launch new offerings to customers, advisors and internal stakeholders. Identify all interdependencies across initiatives and work to diligently address them as part of planning for rollout.
Help evaluate various Merger & Acquisitions or partnership opportunities to enhance the existing investment offering and accelerate delivery of key strategic initiatives
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Digital, Business Administration, Finance,
3-5 years of experience in financial services or strategy consulting, preferably within wealth management
Exceptional communication skills; must be a team player and be able to collaborate effectively across all levels
Excellent analytical problem solving skills
Performs well under pressure in a dynamic environment; must be able to multitask and shift priorities quickly
Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view
Experience with project management; attention to detail and accuracy required
Proactive learner with a solid work ethic, with adaptability to work beyond standard hours during busy periods
Must have a track record for handling confidential information
Passionate about diversity & inclusion and financial services
