Day to day support of system performance, file monitoring, and platform/application validation as well as other operational support duties. The production environment requires an associate to be flexible, take initiative, work well under pressure, and adapt to rapid changes. Must be client focused and a team player willing to take charge and assist as required. The candidate should be able to work quickly without sacrificing quality and should also demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships with business partners.
Other responsibilities include performing platform testing, conducting internal access reviews, answering billing inquiries and maintaining client entitlements for select Sensisive clients to use their online treasury product for daily business.
Have background in testing.
Have strong decision-making, critical thinking, oral and written communication skills
Well organized and have schedule flexibility to cover other shifts on occasion
Able to work independently
Able to demonstrate a high rate of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to manage time sensitive deliverables while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Proven ability to work well under pressure and should be able to handle multiple assignments in an organized manner
Must have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office products (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Knowledge of some of the following systems CashPro/CP Tools, CMS Teamsite, HP Quality Center, Billing and Account Analysis, BOSS/FAST
Strong technical background and broad experience with web-based applications preferred
Must be flexible to work one weekend per month to support software releases.
Must be a team player.
