This position is responsible for the development of new cash management business, the expansion of existing business relationships, and the servicing of clients. This position manages the largest and most complex accounts. This position performs outside sales calls on a regular basis.
Essential Job Duties
Contacts prospective clients who exhibit a strong potential to generate significant revenue for the organization.
Meets periodically with the largest clients to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business relationships.
Prepares sales presentations, explains services offered on the most complex products and recommends those services which would be of value to major clients.
Ensures that other officers within the organization are aware of the of the cash management sales program; works in conjunction with lending officers to promote the cash management program.
Participates in the design and ensures the proper installation of cash management services.
Collaborates with management to develop a marketing strategy and set sales objectives, develop new services and modify existing services while focusing on the needs of the most lucrative clients.
Acts as a resource to junior staff members.
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
College degree or equivalent work experience required.
5-8 years relevant experience.

Ability to handle major accounts using excellent interpersonal, negotiating and problem solving skills.
Ability to utilize vast knowledge of the industry and all resources to stay informed of trends and developments and identify areas of opportunity.
Ability to effectively provide advice and guidance to junior staff members. Ability to provide constructive feedback to junior staff members in a manner that supports employee development.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are needed to enhance the organization’s image to prospective clients.
Ability to evaluate, analyze and quantify the financial impact of the issues involved.
