Develops and implements aggressive business development programs and strategies to grow the treasury services market. Leads the sales process including selling and business development activities and direct contact with business referral sources and clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates with marketing resources and other product/service providers within the company.
Develops and implements cross-selling strategies with a Corporate and Commercial Bankers as well as coordinating with our established store network.
Identifies, hires, motivates and retains top talent.
Promotes and supports operations processes designed to achieve the highest levels of customer service quality.
Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with both internal partners and customers.
Establishes sales goals, objectives and assignments.
Manages the Treasury Management sales functions for all Treasury Management Consultants throughout our footprint.
Ensures sales coverage for all business partners. Sets individual goals to meet Bank's overall revenue budget including all related product sales efforts for non-interest income. Manages internal and external sales positioning and communication, including establishing and maintaining a training curriculum, and active participation in internal and external events.
Works with executive management to establish and maintain both revenue and expense budget requirements.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities -- knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 6-12
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Requires a master's degree or equivalent, and proven track record in developing business in the Banking industry.
10+ years of relevant Treasury Management Sales experience.
Experience developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operation(s) and company-wide effect.
Ability to regularly interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions and/or customers.
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations.
Excellent relationship management and business development abilities, analytical and problem solving skills, sales skills.
Proven track record of success in developing new clients and business, including prospecting, sourcing and networking.
Expert knowledge of Treasury Management products and services that result in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to cross-sell the bank's products.
Experience managing and developing others and ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to change course (adaptable) at a moment's notice.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with personal computers and related software packages such as Word and Excel, and other business machines.
Ability to train and present to small and large audiences or has the interest in learning to train and present.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Work involves sitting, occasional walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
Requires close visual acuity.
