The Treasury Management Product Associate is responsible for maximizing business needs from a product by working closely with the Operations staff, Technology team and outside vendors. They are the voice of the user inside the business and must be passionate about the user experience.
Provide support to the Operation teams and Treasury Management Sales with the necessary product knowledge and application expertise and address any production issues that may arise.
Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users.
Prioritize workload based on business and customer impact.
Create and maintain User Guides for Operation staff and Client.
Work closely with internal Technology teams and external vendors.
Performs other job related duties or special projects as assigned.
Advanced working knowledge of Treasury Management products and systems; wire transfers, lockbox, and ACH processing; accounting principles and account analysis.
Strong technical skills with intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to troubleshoot treasury management software applications.
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.
Excellent analytical and process management skills with strong attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an ability to effectively train new users on treasury management software.
Exceptional organizational, process and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment and to instill a sense of urgency in others as necessary to meet deadlines.
Strategic and problem solving mindset with developed analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
3-5 years Treasury Management experience in the financial services or banking industry.
Formal Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of directly related experience.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and/ or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification preferred.
Up to 10% travel expected.
Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
