Description
The Transformation & Organization Change team member will be responsible for supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs including Company’ multiyear Agile transformation. This role will work directly with business leaders across the enterprise to bring up a grass roots effort that energizes the organization in new ways of working through various activities that prepare colleagues for change and builds enthusiasm and engagement in new ways of working. The role will plan, develop, manage, facilitate and assess change interventions using multi-channel approaches. Strong experience in developing and executing innovative change management techniques preferred.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Analyze change impacts and understand program objectives, in order to shape powerful change programs and increase value realization
- Responsible for building the change activities and interventions that will support the organization change strategy
- Collaborate and liaise closely with communications and training teams as needed to implement the organization change plan
- Introduce, analyze and report available data (e.g., identify surveys and other measures of end user adoption and commitment to change) and other feedback tools to inform change management priorities and measure adoption
- Act as an advocate for change, leading significant change efforts as an SME
- Provide Change Leadership coaching support and advice
- Stay current in change and adoption best practices
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in colleague engagement, strategic communication, organizational change management, or transformation initiatives in large organizations.
- Excellent teaming and collaboration skills.
- Relevant experience interacting with senior and executive management, including experience managing and influencing virtual teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening, influence and perception skills.
- Robust knowledge of multi-media communication platforms including MS Office applications required; especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Visio, video production, social media etc.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree (Business Administration, Organizational Design, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or similar qualification/equivalent work experience preferred)
- Certifications in Organizational Change Management / Change Practitioner Certification desired or relevant experience
- Agile/Scrum knowledge or certification preferred
- Design Thinking experience or certification preferred
Hours and Work Schedule:
Hours per Week:40 hours
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
