The Training Specialist II facilitates organizational specific content to new or existing employees and ensures learning transfer of content in support of organizational needs, enterprise projects, compliance requirements, and strategic goals.
What you will do here:
Facilitates new employee and continuous training courses (technical and soft-skills).
Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) records related to course exams (including exam analysis and evaluation) and course completion.
Develops and deploys effective communication, presents messages with impact, adjusts message content and delivery, invites dialogue, and demonstrates active listening.
Collaborates with Learning and Development, line of business partners, and other stakeholders throughout projects and initiatives in order to ensure that solutions meet or exceed business objectives.
Recommends comprehensive learning solutions, including delivery approach, learning content, conceptual frameworks, courses, and other training options to ensure learning transfer.
Conducts pre- and post-training analysis of course content to identify effectiveness of training (including practices, assessments, activities) in supporting learning transfer and provides feedback to Learning and Development team.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of classroom facilitation experience.
5+ years of Contact Center OR Financial Institution facilitation experience.
Financial Institution Contact Center experience preferred.
