# 031 Financials Performance
# Trend KPM’s significant to Plan (Revenue, $’s/mile, Common Carrier $’s/Case, On Time Delivery, Out of Route Miles, etc.)
# Optimize Company Fleet Capacity
Other duties that would be assigned as necessary by the Traffic Center to meet changing business demands.
40-hour week with OT as a manager approved exception.

Demonstrates attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
Ability to effectively give and receive feedback.
Ability to constructively coach and lead peer group of Admins and OTR Drivers.
Ability to understand networking functionality, changes and their cost impact for trade-off analysis.
Outstanding trouble shooting, analytical and problem-solving skills for solving optimal transportation solutions that balance cost and service needs.
Must demonstrate confidence to make critical daily decisions
Exceptional work ethic that demonstrates a high level of motivation and commitment to results
Facilitate, attend, and support conference calls as required
Strong Computer and System Skills:
◦ Excel, Net Ops., Dispatch Planning System, SAP, Business Objects, Outlook, etc.
D.O.T. Regulatory Knowledge:
◦ Department of Transportation Law.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) to leverage with other Frito Lay Functions, Distribution Centers, Sales Bins and customers.
Traffic Experience is a plus.
Work week schedule:
Monday through Friday: 10A.M. to 6:00P.M.
Schedule flexibility as needed; including weekday or weekend overtime.
