What You Will Do
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a key territory for the US wholesale team in the Southeastern US. Maintaining strong customer relationships while providing best in class service to The North Face account base are priorities for this position. The Sales Manager is responsible for executing seasonal programs and placement of assortments across the territory while ensuring seasonal financial targets are met. Developing a strong famililarity of the extensive The North Face product line is critical. As the primary point of contact for their territory, the Sales Manager is responsible for consistently communicating marketplace feedback and account specific needs back to the Sales Director and Merchandising. The Sales Manager will be consistently called upon to execute seasonal Go To Market projects specific to their territory.
How You Will Make A Difference
Continually strengthen existing businesses across all TNF categories in the SE region
Successfully manage key relationships with retail customers in the region
Execute comprehensive product line showings across all TNF categories
Meet or exceed regional financial goals
Partner with Sales Director on development seasonal sell in strategies and forecasts
Gather and socialize feedback specific to SE market
Assist in cross functional efforts to organize regional tradeshows
Travel 50% of the time annually and especially during peak sales campaigns in November and June
What You Bring
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+
Educational/Position Requirements: BA/BS
Strong communication skills.
Ability to present in front of large groups
Strong written and presentation skills to provide efficient training documents and presentations.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage projects from a remote location.
Excellent MS Office application skills including Excel, Access, and Power Point.
Excellent organizational skills (planning, scheduling, and budgeting).
