Responsible for User Acceptance Testing, directing and executing the SIT and UAT test of highly complex legacy and new target systems. Partnering with and Providing Business expertise in identifying, evaluation and developing Application testing that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Plans and executes User Acceptance Testing and criteria specification to meet business requirements. Designs and executes automated testing. Provides consultation to business users in manual and automated testing. This Position Reports to: UAT Testing Manager for Business Quality Assurance.
Develops, administers and executes the UAT Test plan. Helps define roles for Testing team members. Serves as the principal coordinator on the project team for ensuring the project's success. Resolves conflicts, priorities etc. Accountable for project status. Demonstrates expertise in UAT planning, execution, process management and business systems testing requirements. Ensure defect documentation accurately reflects the discrepancy between expected and actual results.
50% Performs highly complex application User Acceptance Testing. Understands Business problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment. Suggests plans to integrate new and existing processes. Develop UAT artifacts, including Test Plans and Test Scenarios for projects that require configuration changes. Oversee and lead test execution and schedule milestones ensuring daily and weekly test execution quotas are being met. Execute Test Scripts, validate actual Company websiteed test results, and document defects when actual results do not meet expected results
30% Consults with Technology, Users and Vendors for defining Testing needs (i.e. testing environments, cycles, and data, etc.). Writes detailed analysis of user’s needs. Presents research and recommendation to management. Identifies testing solutions to unusual and complex problems requiring ingenuity, or innovative thinking. Monitors Testing results, implementation and user satisfaction. Process configuration changes, such as user permissions, parameter settings and workflow; report on configuration changes to management.
10 % Consistently looks for new testing options and recommends changes based on these findings. Leads, conducts and facilitates meetings. Leads in the development and implementation of strategic Testing plans. Directs testing solutions to system/business problems.
10% Expert/lead role. Demonstrates strong consulting skills with communications skills level for composing and writing original business documentation. Possesses knowledge and experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements. In-depth knowledge of testing processes/systems currently used within a specific business unit. Conduct analyses used to support management decisions. Participate in meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
5 to 7 years of experience in a highly regulated environment (e.g., financial, government, healthcare, etc.)
Ability to manage simultaneous tasks
Interest in adapting new technologies
Strong attention to detail
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Experience in the financial services industry
5 to 7 years of experience in complex testing execution. The candidate should have prior experience conducting testing, developing Business Requirements, and/or performing technical support.
Experience with test automation
