Company is seeking a Technology Procurement Admin with procurement experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. In this role you will be part of the team responsible for issuing orders for standard telecommunications and technology equipment, software, services, and circuits. Following the direction of Technology Procurement Specialist Team Lead the Technology Procurement Admin creates and processes purchase orders through validated receipt/delivery and resolves order issues. Maintains procurement records for items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories. Compiles data for internal reports. Responds to business line requests for order status and order changes.
Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of experience in procurement activities
One or more years of experience in telecommunications
Telecom knowledge and ordering experience preferred
Basic understanding mobile technology and ordering
Well-developed clerical and customer service skills
Ability to collect and organize information
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
