Who we are looking for:
Company Health is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator in our St. Louis, MO office. The Technical Project Coordinator monitors, coordinates, and executes project scheduling, data maintenance and administrative tasks related to the Company Marketing Intelligence Service system. This role will have access to production client data and Marketing Intelligence Service database solutions.
This is a freelance opportunity in our St. Louis office.
What you’ll do:
Process Perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks related to maintaining data in a variety of databases using SQL, Microstrategy and Excel. Open tickets in Work Front for FTP access; manage additions, changes and deletions for batch job scheduling and workload automation software Control-M. Daily monitoring of data file receipt and delivery to ensure all data sources have been updated and accounted for.
Collaborate Track and coordinate activities to ensure implementation is being carried out in accordance with specified objectives and in an effective and timely manner. Collaborate with other resources to ensure data accuracy, resolve issues and answer questions on data. Maintain ongoing schedule of requests and communicate status to team members.
What You’ll Need:
Experience with MS Office tool suite, including strong Excel skills.
Two years of related work experience preferred.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with clients and internal team members.
Proactive, team-oriented, flexible, independent thinker with good problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate independently and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a results oriented environment.
