You have a passion for high-quality, reliable and maintainable code. You’re comfortable working side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together in order to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. You’re agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we’re doing wrong so we can fix it, and what we're doing right so we can improve on it. Above all, you judge your success by the success of your team and the happiness of our customers.
BA Degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years of Product Management experience
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Significant experience training, mentoring, coaching and upskilling across roles and hierarchy from delivery teams to managers and executives
Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience developing and delivering cloud-based enterprise software applications
Experience leading a product or development team
Experience building and deploying in a continuous delivery environment
Experience leading hands-on scoping, discovery and framing, research and experimentation in practice and for workshops, talks to educate peers, stakeholders, managers and executives
Working side-by-side with engineers, PM's, PO's and stakeholders to influence best practices
Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems
UI/UX/CX background or experience is a plus
