Bachelor's degree in a related field
1 year of talent acquisition experience
The Talent Strategist sources, screens, interviews, tests and/or refers applicants in order to meet organizational staffing needs.
Proactively align with recruiters and/or hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and candidate qualifications
Specialize in development and implementation of creative sourcing strategies and passive candidate recruiting to fill immediate hiring needs
Identify and participate in networking opportunities or community events that relate to assigned teams/positions
Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screening to ensure that candidates qualify for the position and develop their interest in career opportunities
Communicate candidate profiles and credentials to recruiters and/or hiring leaders
Maintain pipelines for all assigned positions and teams by creating and fostering high-touch relationships with top prospects
Collaborate across internal teams to understand hiring needs, develop and improve sourcing strategies and obtain feedback; may participate in meetings with recruiters and hiring leaders as needed
Use networks, centers of influence, and innovative, cutting-edge recruiting and sales tactics to identify, develop and recruit talent
Work independently with occasional guidance in complex situations
