The Sourcing Specialist is primarily responsible for building a candidate pipelines through prospecting, networking, assessing, screening and marketing with prospective passive talent and/or active job seekers. The Sourcing Specialist will assist recruiters in proactively identifying talent for high volume or hard to fill roles as assigned. The Sourcing Specialist will identify and network with prospective passive talent and/or active job seekers and develop deep talent pools that will assist recruiters in proactively filling new open roles. A successful Sourcing Specialist will set benchmarks, forecast, track against metrics, and document success. Will thrive in a fast-paced environment and draw on extensive knowledge on functional areas of the business.
Screen, source, and profile candidates based on resumes and interviews.
Source passive talent by utilizing internal ATS, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Niche and Diversity Networking events, and Referrals.
Identifies, networks, and markets to passive candidates and active job seekers through creative recruiting strategies including the use of job boards, social networking, resume databases, alumni networks, and other creative approaches to source candidates.
Maintains consistent profile reviews for assigned requisitions in iCIMS and categorizes candidates for appropriate roles.
Develop, build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and utilizing CRM and ATS
Recommends ideas and strategies that will contribute to overall recruitment goals and long-range goals for Aramark.
Conducts introductory calls with prospective candidates to socialize opportunities and gauge both skill set and chemistry for the right fit and understand candidate motivation.
Ensures outstanding candidate experience through consistent follow-up, communication, and feedback.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2-3 years of talent sourcing experience
Previous recruiting experience with focus on passive and active candidate generation strongly desired.
Experience with building sourcing strategies while utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
CRM/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships.
Proven track record sourcing passive candidates from direct competitors.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be highly organized with strong sense of personal accountability.
Must have a strong attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate the company's story in a way that speaks to job seekers motivation, career goals, and interests.
Strong analytic skills coupled with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment team.
AIRS certification is preferred but not required
