Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

Talent Acquisition Operations Analysts are responsible for the successful execution of the Barclays people screening policy for permanent joiners, hires, and internal candidates inclusive of employment contracts and work authorization requirements.
What will you be doing?
Administer pre-employment and ongoing screening for permanent employees inclusive of all business units across the Americas; adjudicate results in the with the screening policy and procedures.
Generate standard and complex contracts throughout the employee lifecyle
Responsible for Legal Right to Work collection and governance for the Americas region
Input, verify and maintain data in recruitment and screening systems, ensuring data integrity
Meet with Onboarding peers regularly to identify process pain points and suggest efficiencies, fosting a culture of continuous improvement
Faciliatate and uphold a robust control environment
Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders and candidates
What we’re looking for:
Bachelors or Associates Degree
1+ years of administrative experience
1+ years of Human Resources experience
Skills that will help you in the role:
Microsoft Office proficiency
